With a Master-set of Τερατομαχους (Tepato Maxoi), Greek Battle Beasts (GBB), consisting out of 224 (28×8) figures it is very common for collectors to use a Checklist in order to keep track of what figures they have already completed and/or what parts they might have of a particular figure in order to find the missing pieces. Because looking at the parts needed (3 in total; body, right arm and left arm) to complete one figure in one of the 8 different colors there´s a total amount of 672 (224×3) parts needed to get a full Master-set. An amount which is, even for the best collectors amongst us, impossible to keep in mind and remember properly without the help of some sort of system behind it.
Personally I have always used a checklist that I created myself showing all the 28 Beasts in the 8 different colors of which each consisted out of the 3 different parts. The advantage of using such a checklist is the direct insight one gains over having to check and go through all the parts and figures one by one in order to look for the missing pieces so it simplifies the whole collecting process and it prevents you from making mistakes like buying a duplicate figure or trading the wrong parts with fellow collectors.
My checklist was pretty simple and I have always kept it for myself for private use only but just recently I was contacted by a fellow collector named Theodoros Kesisoglou who visited the renewed Τερατομαχους (Tepato Maxoi) page on the blog and he contacted me sharing his Checklist layout. After having seen his layout which contained the Silhouettes of each Beasts I asked him whether he would be willing to share his Checklist in order to make a proper GBB Checklist for each and everyone of us. This was not a problem so after some adjustments and a bit of designing a 3 page full GBB Checklist was created, FREE to use for ALL GBB Collectors!

How to use the Checklist;
Using the GBB Checklist is as efficient as simple because you can either decide to download the original JPEG image directly from this page, to do this please click on the image so it will open in a new page and than use the right click button on your mouse and choose the Save Image As option in order to Save it. Or you can directly Print the image in order to get the GBB Checklist in hand and use it as such.

Once you have Downloaded or Printed the GBB Checklist you are just a few steps away of actually having your own fully up to date Checklist of your personal GBB collection. In order to get there you just have to go through each and every figure or part you have and add it to the Checklist by simply coloring the figure or part of the figure you have in the right color. This can be done digitally using Photoshop or any other program that allows you to color the onto the JPEG image you have just Downloaded or by simply coloring it by hand on the file you have just Printed.
How to Fill in the Checklist
Filling in the Checklist is pretty easy if you keep a few things in mind because once you have a Blue Right Arm (RA) for a certain figure you color the Left (!) Arm of that particular figure, in the Blue column, Blue. While in case you have a Pink Left Arm (LA) for a figure you color the Right (!) Arm of that particular figure, standing in the Pink column, Pink.
This might sound a little weird but it is important to think from the figure perspective in this case meaning the Left Arm we see when looking at the Checklist is actually the Right Arm of the figure because the Silhouettes on the Checklist are all facing towards us (look at some of the morphed arms). This is a major detail to be aware of in order not to make the wrong purchases or trades with parts as well. If you have a complete figure in one color, for instance Green, it is obviously very easy because this means you can color in all three parts right away. Once you have completed a figure in one of the 8 colors you can add up +1 to the status …/224!
Coloring
Of course you can also simply use a X or V to check the parts you already have on your GBB Checklist but the reason for the use of the different colors is efficiency because with using the actual colors it is directly clear which part of which Beast you have an in which color. The Beastformers Team would suggest using the colors; BLACK, SILVER, METALLIC BLUE, TAN (ORANGE), GREEN, BLUE, PINK and PURPLE.
Sub-Master-set
With a set of all colors of one figure you have reached a so called sub-master-set which is when you manage to complete a set of all the 8 colors for one of the 28 Beasts like the Rabbit Master-set (The Greek Rabbit Project ´12). There is also another way to reach a sub-master-set and that is when you complete a full set of Series 1 Beasts (all 28 figures) in one of the 8 colors. Those are just little milestones towards the full 224 Master-set but once you start collecting these and find out getting a real 224 set is really a tough challenge which will probably take you years even the slightest steps, and thus also these sub-master-set milestones, will be appreciated.
